For individuals and organizations needing a larger transcription project completed, we recommend scheduling a discovery call. This helps us learn more about the scope and size of your project and better understand the important elements of your order.

Once the discovery call is complete, we will generate an estimate for your approval. Upon signature of your contract, we can assemble your project team and get to work.

We typically charge between $2.49 and $3.49 per minute for most projects, though some factors can affect the price. Because we always give you the cost upfront, you will never have to worry about being surprised by unexpected charges.

We also offer volume discounts for larger orders and can provide certified transcription starting at $30 per man-hour and $300 – $350 per audio hour.
